One transparent service fee per property, with optional extras available when you need them. The same verified account can manage several separately activated properties.
Base price
Promacan Direct
- Pay €990 + IGIC for each property when you start its listing.
- No exclusive listing: you remain free to market the property yourself or through other agents.
- No listing expiry or renewal fee: once approved, the listing may remain published until sold or withdrawn, subject to the Terms and third-party portal rules.
- The total service fee is 2.5% of the property’s selling price + IGIC.
- That property’s €990 is deducted from its total fee—it is not an extra charge and cannot be transferred to another property.
- 5 weekday door-opening viewings are included.
- Key holding is free.
- Pay the remaining balance after the preliminary sales agreement is signed and the buyer’s deposit is received.

These services become available in the seller profile immediately after registration and can be ordered individually at any time during the sale. For example, sellers can buy more viewings after the five included visits are used, arrange an evening, weekend or public-holiday viewing, or add professional photography later. Each order is paid separately through secure checkout. *Official third-party fees are not included. Viewings outside weekdays are subject to availability.
